about

The basic desire for me to live in freedom is essential in my life. I want to be able to go where I want, to live where I want and do what I want. That also comes with responsibilities. I don’t want to impose my freedom on others since I don’t want others running my life as well... That’s where the solidarity comes in. It can be so simple.
Now, my solidarity doesn’t stop with human animals. It includes all animals and the earth we live on. I think we have the responsibility to live with each others. So if it’s possible to leave each other alone, let’s do that. Go vegan. Yo.

lyrics

When the vulnerable are abused (raped/beaten) and killed
and we comprehend the wrong that is done
To act, to intervene, to defend the victim is not a plea for generosity
To demand justice becomes a duty

We will not limit our goal to reform
No easy way out, nor soften the blow

Like us, they are in this world
Like us, they are aware of this world
Like us, they are aware of what happens to them
And like us, they care of what happens to them

Nothing short of victory is a satisfying end
—an end defined as a revolutionary change
in the roots of oppression1.

Empty cages are the least of our demands
